The hotel is located in a charming area directly opposite a lovely park, making it a great choice for those who want to experience the local atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice and large bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel is close to the centre but not overly busy, allowing for a more peaceful stay. Additionally, the bar downstairs and the available games provide unique entertainment for guests.

There were some noise issues in certain rooms, particularly those near the stairs and bar area.

The 24-hour bar facilities were a great convenience. the staff was helpful in suggesting places to visit. I'll recommend this hotel.

It was as expected, had a very good stay. The venue was small, I loved the stay and the location was unbeatable just next door to a nice park and trams. I was met by cooperative and best staff at the reception.

staff were funny and the service was good, it had ideal location near the tram stop. warm and practical units on the top level. lots of food for breakfast, food was cheap.

Loved this place, it was overall clean and had excellent location and staff. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Set close enough to the tourist area and cafes in the fairly nice area...

The Arcade Hotel Amsterdam is located in a lovely area of Amsterdam, across from a park in a residential area with a wonderful market. The hotel staff was attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms, although on the small side, were comfortable and had an awesome lighting setup. The breakfast, which was included, offered a variety of options and even had a waffle making machine for all guests to enjoy.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The hotel was clean and located on a quiet street across from a beautiful park. Easy to access the centre by trams which are very frequently available. The location in De Pijb neighborhood made it easy to walk into the centre. The fine breakfast selection was available for a great price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

As adventure travelers, we loved the arcade room in the lobby, fast internet, and access to Netflix. The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful, and the lighting control system in the room with alternating colors created a cozy atmosphere. Getting to the hotel from the airport was easy, and the front desk provided useful tips and maps. Taking the tram to Central Station was convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the sights, sounds, and scents of Amsterdam.

The console in the room was a cool feature, and we enjoyed being able to rent games to play. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated. The location of the hotel was great, in a lovely area and close to the city center.

The controllers for the console needed replacing as they started playing up. The WiFi was terrible, so we had to rely on our 3G.

We were kinda surprised by the variety of video games available in our room at The Arcade Hotel. It was great to have a PS4 with a selection of different games to choose from. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with plenty of food options nearby and a lovely park just across the street. The staff were responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel for gamers and those looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The Arcade Hotel Amsterdam exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the location was perfect - situated in a lovely area of Amsterdam, just opposite a small park in the trendy De Pijp area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable with double beds or twin beds, and I loved the awesome lighting throughout the hotel. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
